The Senior Environment Support Engineer - Digital Banking is responsible for managing and supporting environments across Windows and Unix platforms for Retail Banking applications. This role requires expertise in middleware and database troubleshooting, automation, SSL certificate management, and ensuring the stability of critical banking environments.
Experience managing and supporting environments across Windows and Unix platforms.
Strong expertise in middleware administration, troubleshooting, and support on Tomcat, JBOSS, WebLogic, and IIS.
Experience managing and troubleshooting databases including Oracle DB, SQL DB, and MariaDB.
Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts for environment monitoring, deployment, and housekeeping.
Experience with SSL certificate deployment, renewal, and management.
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to OS, middleware, databases, and integrations.
Capability to collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure environment stability and availability.
Experience with documenting environment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Support for incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
