Senior Environment Support Engineer – Accenture Malaysia

The Senior Environment Support Engineer - Digital Banking is responsible for managing and supporting environments across Windows and Unix platforms for Retail Banking applications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability and availability of essential banking environments through expert troubleshooting and collaboration with various teams.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day management and support of environments, focusing on both Windows and Unix platforms. You will work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to maintain the stability of critical banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support environments across Windows and Unix platforms.
• Troubleshoot and provide support for middleware applications including Tomcat, JBOSS, WebLogic, and IIS.
• Manage and troubleshoot databases such as Oracle DB, SQL DB, and MariaDB.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for environment monitoring, deployment, and housekeeping.
• Deploy, renew, and manage SSL certificates.
• Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, middleware, databases, and integrations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure environment stability and availability.
• Document environment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
