Role Summary
The Senior Exec I, Innovation & Go-To-Market is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end-users onsite. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal performance and security compliance of IT systems within the organization.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues while collaborating with the ICT team. You will also be responsible for maintaining IT asset records and educating users on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to end-users onsite.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install and upgrade devices as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and security updates.
- Assist employees with software support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and service requests.
- Collaborate with the ICT team on complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Relevant certifications in IT support or networking.
Experience in technical support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of IT asset management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
