The Senior Exec I, Innovation & Go-To-Market is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end-users onsite. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, installing and upgrading devices, and performing routine maintenance and security updates to ensure optimal performance and security compliance. The role also involves assisting employees with software support, maintaining accurate IT asset records, educating users on best practices, collaborating with the ICT team on complex issues, ensuring compliance with ISMS policies, and maintaining clear communication with users throughout issue resolution.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to respond professionally to user requests and provide guidance.
Possess technical knowledge to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Be capable of installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Understand the process for deploying devices to new joiners and collecting devices from resigned staff.
Maintain accurate records related to IT assets and service requests.
Be knowledgeable about routine maintenance, system updates, and security patching on end user devices.
Have the ability to educate users on hardware and software best practices.
Work collaboratively with ICT team members to escalate and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with information security management system (ISMS) policies and data security protocols.
