Role Summary
The Senior Exec I, Inside Sales is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end-users onsite. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal device performance and security compliance within the organization.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues while collaborating with ICT teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with users to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to end-users onsite.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Deploy and collect devices from staff as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
