Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues while collaborating with ICT teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with users to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to end-users onsite.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Deploy and collect devices from staff as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
- Assist employees with software installations and application support.
- Maintain accurate IT asset and service records.
- Educate users on best practices for device usage.
- Collaborate with ICT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISMS policies throughout the support process.
Job Requirements
Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience in IT asset management and service request documentation.
Good communication skills for user education and support.
Ability to collaborate effectively with ICT team members.
Familiarity with information security management system (ISMS) policies.
