Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, working closely with end-users to address their IT needs. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support for end-users onsite.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Deploy and collect devices for staff.
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates on end-user devices.
- Assist employees with software installations and support.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records.
- Educate users on best practices for hardware and software use.
- Collaborate with the ICT team on complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and respond professionally to user requests.
