This role is for a Senior Executive in Continuous Improvement at AirAsia focused on identifying and addressing inefficiencies within operational processes to enhance departmental and business functions. The position involves ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, managing standard operating procedures, analyzing workflows, and supporting the development of strategies to improve efficiency.
The Process Improvement Executive is responsible for updating and identifying inefficiencies within operational processes to optimize departmental and business functions. The role involves ensuring compliance with Group Risk and Group Operational Quality Assurance standards, managing standard operating procedures, analyzing workflows, and assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Holder of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Proven experience in process handling/improvement or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant information as required.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, exhibiting strong time management skills.
Assertive team player with high energy, suitable for a fast-paced work environment.
