As a Senior Executive of Continuous Improvement, you will identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize operational processes. Key responsibilities include updating departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs), aligning with Group Risk and Quality Assurance standards, and analyzing workflows to boost productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design process changes, monitor outcomes, and ensure high operational quality across the business.
Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in process improvement, process handling, or similar roles.
Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize significant information.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and strong time management.
