Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing contractual claims and preparing necessary documentation. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractual claims and prepare related documentation.
  • Handle data collection and compile full and final claims.
  • Review and administer contractual proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary approvals and company procedures.
  • Prepare bids and negotiate specifications for materials and services.
  • Issue certificates of practical completion and interim certificates.
  • Draft amendments and variations to contracts.
  • Review client documentation or contracts.
  • Advise on business structures and manage developmental applications with local councils and courts.
  • Review insurance requirements and process payment requests.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in consultant or construction industry.

Familiar with Quantity Surveying standards, policies and procedures.

Team player with good communication skills.

Diligent, independent and resourceful.
