Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers from CARSOME's database, persuading them to book payments for cars. You will provide accurate information about our services, handle customer inquiries, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will inform customers about ongoing promotions and reschedule cancelled appointments, all while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Job Requirements
High school qualification or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing or sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive mindset and sales-oriented
High integrity and professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not compulsory
