Job Description
In this role, you will be making outbound calls to potential customers from CARSOME's database, persuading them to book payments for cars. You will provide accurate information about our services, handle customer inquiries, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote car bookings.
- Provide accurate information about CARSOME's services and offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and special offers.
- Reschedule cancelled appointments to maximize customer engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Job Requirements
High school qualification or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing or sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High integrity and professionalism
Positive mindset and sales-oriented
Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not compulsory
