Job Description
In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of fit-out projects, ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple revamp and fit-out projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee construction phases and ensure adherence to design guidelines.
- Conduct inspections post-project to ensure quality and compliance.
- Address maintenance issues as they arise during and after project completion.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to streamline project processes.
Job Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience in interior design or fit-out in retail/F&B
Experience with contractors and mall operators is advantageous
Proficient in design software and tools
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Confident and able to work under pressure
Possess own transport and willing to travel
