Role Summary
The Senior Executive, IT Operations & Enterprise Architecture is responsible for ensuring the effective lifecycle management of all IT hardware and software assets across the organization. This role plays a critical part in asset governance and compliance, collaborating with various stakeholders to maximize value and minimize risk.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the management of IT assets, ensuring their optimal utilization and compliance with governance standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate procurement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective lifecycle management of IT hardware and software assets.
- Oversee asset governance and compliance across the organization.
- Coordinate procurement activities for IT assets.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize asset utilization.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Security, and Operations teams.
- Conduct operational reviews and support vendor management.
- Analyze asset performance and reporting metrics.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Inventory Governance, or IT Operations.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing, and lifecycle planning.
Proven experience managing enterprise-level IT Asset Management platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
