
The Senior Executive - One Hub Reservation Centre is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the call centre. This role plays a crucial part in executing business strategies to enhance customer acquisition, service quality, and retention.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations within the call centre, ensuring a productive and professional work environment. You will maintain operational excellence and provide supervisory support to your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in business operations.
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proven stakeholder management abilities.
Meticulous, results-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
