Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily interactions with suppliers, conducting audits and evaluations to uphold quality standards. You will collaborate with various teams to drive product innovation and manage any product incidents that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Conduct audits to evaluate supplier performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with teams on product innovation initiatives.
- Review product safety and quality reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Address and manage product incidents effectively.
- Maintain detailed performance reports for suppliers.
- Provide training and guidance on quality assurance processes.
Job Requirements
Pursuing a Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or related fields.
Minimum 3 years in Supplier QA, Food Manufacturing QA, or F&B QA.
Strong knowledge of food safety certification systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, GFSI).
Fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of supplier management and auditing processes.
Technical knowledge in handling certification audits such as GFSI is preferred.
