Job Description
The Senior Kotlin & Flutter Developers role involves designing and developing backend applications using Kotlin and/or Java Springboot Webflux, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver mobile fixes and features. Responsibilities include timely documentation, adherence to development guidelines and standards, collaboration with frontend developers and external parties, unit testing, troubleshooting, version control, code reviews, mentoring junior team members, managing feature delivery, and contributing to architecture and specification.
Job Requirements
Strong experience in Kotlin and Java Springboot Webflux development.
Ability to document technical design and specifications clearly and timely.
Experience with software development fundamentals including build, unit test, troubleshooting, and version control.
Ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers and external parties.
Experience in mobile development using Flutter.
Skills in performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Capability to manage feature delivery and releases.
Ability to provide technical input into architecture and specification.
Experience maintaining development toolsets and deployment pipelines.
Strong communication skills for sharing work through blogs or white papers.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and deliver fixes and features on schedule.
