
The Senior L3 Support Engineer (SWIFT App) PRO is responsible for providing high-level production support and maintenance for SWIFT applications. This role operates within a secure, high-compliance, 24/7 mission-critical financial environment, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with security policies.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day incident resolution and root cause analysis for SWIFT applications, collaborating with various teams to maintain system integrity. You will work in a dynamic environment that demands high availability and adherence to stringent security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in Level 3 support for SWIFT applications (AMH/AMG/SAG).
Experience working in a 24/7 mission-critical financial environment.
Knowledge of Oracle Database.
Familiarity with security policies including encryption and multi-factor authentication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
