The Senior L3 Support Engineer (SWIFT App) PRO is responsible for providing high-level production support and maintenance for SWIFT applications. This role operates within a secure, high-compliance, 24/7 mission-critical financial environment, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with security policies.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day incident resolution and root cause analysis for SWIFT applications, collaborating with various teams to maintain system integrity. You will work in a dynamic environment that demands high availability and adherence to stringent security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 production support for SWIFT applications (AMH/AMG/SAG).
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Manage the environment to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams for effective solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and incident resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to financial message formats such as MTxxx and ISO20022.
