Role Summary
The Senior Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property and its guests. This role involves active monitoring and response to various security situations, contributing to a safe environment for both guests and employees.
Job Description
In this role, you will patrol all areas of the property, assist guests with room access, and monitor security systems. You will also conduct daily inspections and respond to emergencies, ensuring a secure and safe environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol all areas of the property to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor security systems including Closed Circuit Televisions and alarms.
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and respond to emergencies.
- Manage guest and employee disturbances effectively.
- Complete incident reports and conduct investigations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support property safety and operational procedures.
