Job Description
The Senior Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for patrolling all areas of the property and assisting guests with room access. This role involves monitoring security systems such as Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems, as well as conducting daily physical hazard inspections and responding to accidents and emergencies. The officer is also tasked with managing guest and employee disturbances, completing incident reports, conducting investigations, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting property safety and operational procedures.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to patrol and monitor security systems effectively.
Skill in responding to emergencies and administering first aid/CPR as required.
Capability to handle and resolve guest and employee disturbances.
Competence in conducting investigations and gathering evidence.
Strong communication skills for clear and professional interaction and reporting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects as described.
Willingness to comply with company policies, safety training, and quality standards.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
