The Senior Manager - Finance (Shared Service Center - SD & Remittance / Reporting & Compliance) position provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Service Desk & Remittance (SDR) and Debt Collection & Monitoring (DCM) units within the Finance Shared Service Center. The role involves setting the vision for SDR & DCM, driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with organizational and customer needs to maximize cash flow, minimize bad debt risk, and ensure quality customer service delivery. Key responsibilities include executing department strategy, managing service desk operations, overseeing remittance accuracy and compliance, developing debt collection strategies, monitoring risk, liaising with legal for litigation management, driving process improvements, and leading talent development within the department.
Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Master degree would be an added advantage.
Degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
Professional Qualification (ICAA, ICAEW, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)).
