
The Senior Manager - Finance is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Service Desk & Remittance and Debt Collection & Monitoring units within the Finance Shared Service Center. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence to maximize cash flow and ensure quality customer service delivery.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Finance Shared Service Center, focusing on service desk operations and remittance accuracy. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and innovation to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
Professional Qualification (ICAA, ICAEW, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA).
