The Information Assistant for Facility Management Operations at Mitsui Outlet Park serves as the organization's representative to customers and clients across all communication channels. The role involves handling customer services, acting as a liaison between customers, clients, and the Head of Facility, and ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service for customers. The assistant uses judgment and critical thinking to resolve issues and manage customer complaints. Responsibilities include greeting customers professionally, prioritizing and handling complaints, coordinating with retail teams and mall coordinators, providing directional information, and maintaining records of complaints. The assistant also performs general administrative duties such as updating product knowledge, ensuring cleanliness of the Service Centre, and performing ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
Must have proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Mandarin and Japanese is an advantage.
Must be self-motivated with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn, share, and take instructions.
Must have good interpersonal skills to communicate with various customers.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Willing to work normal hours.
Must be computer literate.
Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented with a pleasant personality.
Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good communication skills in Mandarin and Japanese are an advantage.
Willing to perform work in shifts and on Public Holidays if required.
Proficient computer literacy is an added advantage.
Must possess passion and tenacity in delivering high levels of customer service and professionalism with good people and communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
SPM Certificate with:
Credit in Bahasa Malaysia.
Pass in English.
Pass in Mathematics.
Certificate holder with any relevant experience in the role or similar nature, OR
SPM holder with 1 year of experience in the role or similar nature.
