Job Description

The Information Assistant for Facility Management Operations at Mitsui Outlet Park engages with customers across various communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. The role requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers professionally and provide assistance.
  • Handle and prioritize customer complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with retail teams and mall coordinators to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide directional information to customers within the facility.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and resolutions.
  • Update product knowledge to assist customers better.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Service Centre.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements

SPM Certificate with credit in Bahasa Malaysia and a pass in English.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin and Japanese is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse customers.

Self-motivated with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and in shifts, including public holidays.

Computer literate with good communication skills.
