
The Senior Manager - Tax Payroll is responsible for guiding clients through payroll tax regulations and ensuring compliance. This role involves managing a team and overseeing payroll processes while fostering a high-performing environment.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on payroll tax matters and ensure compliance with regulations. You will lead a team in managing payroll processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in payroll.
Experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Proficient in payroll software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
