The Senior Processor Executive (Insurance - Provider Relations) role based in Malaysia requires proficiency in Cantonese, both verbal and written. This position involves handling inquiries from network providers related to card acceptance, pre-authorization, claim status, contractual and fee reviews, as well as providing administrative support such as report generation, system maintenance, and communication with network providers. The role also includes supervisory responsibilities as a Team Lead, overseeing team activities, ensuring contract compliance, managing performance, and providing training and coordination within the team.
Job Requirements
