The Senior Processor Executive (Insurance - Provider Relations) is responsible for managing inquiries from network providers and ensuring contract compliance. This role involves both administrative support and supervisory responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency of provider relations within the insurance sector.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with network providers to address inquiries related to card acceptance, pre-authorization, and claim status. You will also oversee team activities and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from network providers regarding card acceptance and claim status.
- Provide administrative support, including report generation and system maintenance.
- Supervise team activities and ensure contract compliance.
- Manage performance and provide training to team members.
- Coordinate communication with network providers.
- Conduct fee reviews and contractual assessments.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement within the team.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Cantonese, both verbal and written.
Experience in provider relations or health insurance is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and adaptability to new challenges.
For Team Lead position, at least 4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
