Job Description
The Senior Processor Executive / Team Lead (Insurance - Provider Relations) - Cantonese role involves handling enquiries from network providers related to card acceptance, pre-authorization, outstanding claim status, contractual and fee review, as well as providing administrative support including report generation, system updates and maintenance, and claim status checking. The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and supervising subordinates' day-to-day activities to ensure contract compliance, administrative support, and network healthcare provider data maintenance.
Job Requirements
Must have proficiency in Cantonese (verbal and written).
At least 1 year of experience in provider relations or health insurance for Senior Processor Executive role.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Detail-minded and willing to accept new challenges.
At least 4 years of solid experience at Team Lead level in provider relations or health insurance for the Team Lead position.
Strong sense of continuous improvement and desire to deliver quality outputs.
Ability to over-deliver on service level agreements to improve work efficiency and quality.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Strong attention to detail.
