Role Summary
The Senior System Analyst - L3 Production Support CCO is responsible for providing advanced support for Java-based applications and Oracle databases within the Customer Management (CCO) domain. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the performance and compliance of essential banking systems in a 24/7 environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day incident management, root cause analysis, and vendor coordination to ensure the smooth operation of banking systems. You will collaborate with various teams to address production issues and support post-production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced L3 production support for Java-based applications and Oracle databases.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve production issues effectively.
- Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams, testers, vendors, and business users.
- Review vendor fixes and support production implementation.
- Manage test scopes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Implementation (PI).
- Handle batch job failures and escalate recurring issues appropriately.
- Track and close production bug/incident tickets and support business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
Job Requirements
Strong expertise in L3 production support for Java-based applications and Oracle databases.
Experience supporting critical banking systems within the Customer Management (CCO) domain.
Familiarity with middleware patching, operating system patching, and certificate renewals.
Ability to ensure system compliance and performance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
