
The Senior System Analyst - L3 Production Support CCO is responsible for providing advanced support for Java-based applications and Oracle databases within the Customer Management (CCO) domain. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the performance and compliance of essential banking systems in a 24/7 environment.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day incident management, root cause analysis, and vendor coordination to ensure the smooth operation of banking systems. You will collaborate with various teams to address production issues and support post-production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong expertise in L3 production support for Java-based applications and Oracle databases.
Experience supporting critical banking systems within the Customer Management (CCO) domain.
Familiarity with middleware patching, operating system patching, and certificate renewals.
Ability to ensure system compliance and performance standards.
