Job Description
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the shop meets its sales and cost targets while adhering to food safety and sanitation policies. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.
- Meet sales and cost budgets effectively.
- Follow standard operating procedures and shop rules.
- Manage inventory and stock orders efficiently.
- Lead and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
- Execute marketing campaigns to drive sales.
- Manage customer feedback and implement improvements.
Job Requirements
At least two (2) years of working experience in hospitality or F&B.
Experience in managing inventory and operating POS systems.
Age: 26 years and above.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and team management skills.
Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
