Job Description
The Shop Manager/Supervisor/Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the outlet's daily operations. This role includes meeting sales and cost budgets, following SOP and Shop Rules including food safety and sanitation policies, managing inventory and stock orders, leading and coaching a team, executing marketing campaigns, managing customer feedback, and providing feedback for continuous operational improvement.
Job Requirements
At least two (2) years working experience in any hospitality or F&B.
Experienced in managing inventory and operating POS system.
Age: 26 years and above.
Physically fit.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to lead a team.
Pro-active and resourceful in problem-solving.
Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Flexible with work arrangement and willing to relocate.
Communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English.
