The HR Assistant/Executive will manage various HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee grievances, and policy compliance with minimal supervision. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and ensuring adherence to company policies and local laws.
The HR Assistant/Executive is responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions with limited supervision. The role includes supporting HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation, managing recruitment processes, handling payroll, addressing grievances, providing advice on disciplinary matters, and maintaining confidentiality of HR and company information.
Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the service industry, preferably in Retail or F&B environment.
Must be detail-oriented and highly independent.
Has an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Able to communicate fluently in English both verbal and written.
Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Knowledge in Quickpay Payroll is an advantage.
Willing to travel as and when required.
