Role Summary

The HR Assistant/Executive is responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions with limited supervision. This role supports HR activities and ensures compliance with company policies and local legislation in a dynamic work environment.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll management, and addressing employee grievances. You will work closely with team members to maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR activities and initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
  • Address employee grievances and provide solutions.
  • Advise on disciplinary matters and maintain compliance.
  • Ensure confidentiality of HR and company information.
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR policies.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent.

At least 2-3 years of working experience in the service industry, preferably in Retail or F&B environment.

Must be detail-oriented and highly independent.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Knowledge in Quickpay Payroll is an advantage.

Willing to travel as required.
