
The HR Assistant/Executive is responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions with limited supervision. This role supports HR activities and ensures compliance with company policies and local legislation in a dynamic work environment.
In this position, you will engage in various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll management, and addressing employee grievances. You will work closely with team members to maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the service industry, preferably in Retail or F&B environment.
Must be detail-oriented and highly independent.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Knowledge in Quickpay Payroll is an advantage.
Willing to travel as required.
