
The Shop Manager/Supervisor/Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the outlet and achieving sales and cost targets. This role plays a crucial part in managing a team, inventory, and customer relations to enhance overall outlet performance.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while leading a team of crew members. You will be actively involved in managing inventory, executing marketing strategies, and addressing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
At least two (2) years of working experience in hospitality or F&B.
Experience in managing inventory and operating POS systems.
Age 26 years and above.
Physically fit.
Demonstrated leadership qualities.
Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
