Job Description
The Shop Manager/Supervisor/Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the outlet's daily operations and meeting the sales and cost budgets set for the outlet. This role involves managing inventory and stock orders to control costs, leading and coaching a team of crew members, executing marketing campaigns, managing customer feedback professionally, and providing feedback to Operations Leaders and Management for continuous improvement in outlet operations.
Job Requirements
At least two (2) years working experience in any hospitality or F&B.
Experienced in managing inventory and operating POS system.
Age 26 years and above.
Physically fit.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to lead a team.
Pro-active and resourceful in problem-solving.
Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Flexible with work arrangement and willing to relocate.
Communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English.
