Role Summary

This role involves leading a construction team and managing project operations to ensure they run smoothly. The position requires coordinating sub-contractor activities, monitoring site productivity, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The individual will also report progress to the Project Manager and coordinate internal meetings.

Job Description

The role involves leading a construction team of engineers and supervisors, planning, managing, monitoring, and controlling project operations. The individual will coordinate sub-contractor activities, maintain good housekeeping, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, monitor site productivity, oversee inspection and test processes, report project progress to the Project Manager, and coordinate internal meetings. Additional duties may be assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
