Role Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for leading a construction team to ensure successful project execution. This role involves overseeing project operations, coordinating activities, and maintaining compliance with specifications in a dynamic construction environment.
Job Description
The Site Manager will engage in daily management of construction activities, ensuring that the project runs smoothly and efficiently. The individual will work closely with engineers and supervisors to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a construction team of engineers and supervisors.
- Plan, manage, and monitor project operations.
- Coordinate sub-contractor activities effectively.
- Maintain good housekeeping on the site.
- Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site productivity and performance.
- Oversee inspection and testing processes.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate internal meetings and discussions.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
