Role Summary

The SME - Digital Marketing [Japanese Speaker] is responsible for leading creative marketing campaigns for The Client titles. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful execution of both paid and organic marketing strategies.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with internal and external teams to manage and distribute creative campaigns effectively. You will oversee vendor relationships and coordinate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and distribute marketing campaigns.
Manage vendor relationships for campaign distribution across global and local titles.
Coordinate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Oversee the execution of 360-campaigns from development to launch.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to align on campaign objectives.
Stay updated on pop culture and social trends to inform campaign strategies.

Job Requirements

At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a consumer brand or creative agency.

Written and verbal fluency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 / N1).

Strong understanding of Japan markets and pop culture.

Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
