Software Quality Analyst I – Cognizant Malaysia

The Software Quality Analyst I is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of large language models through validation processes. This role involves creating diverse test cases and conducting various testing methodologies on client software and hardware.

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include monitoring pipeline failures and executing manual tests on a range of devices. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages curiosity and proactive learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate diverse test cases for model validation.
• Monitor and triage pipeline failures to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct end-to-end functional and regression testing on client software and hardware.
• Execute manual testing on devices such as phones, tablets, and AI personal assistants.
• Perform test planning and test case development.
• Analyze test failures and file detailed defect reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes.
