Job Requirements
Possession of a State or Regional Massage License.
Ability to maintain current skills and licensure in the service area as per regional requirements.
Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to personal appearance and confidentiality.
Capability to maintain cleanliness and organize workstation and treatment rooms throughout shifts.
Skill in promoting and selling spa services and retail products.
Good communication skills to speak clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
Ability to anticipate and address guest service needs with genuine appreciation.
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Willingness to report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
