Job Requirements
Graduate or Diploma educational qualification.
Relevant experience of less than 12 months for Process Executive or 12 months or more for Senior Process Executive.
Ability to work independently.
Experience with social networking or similar programs and being internet savvy.
Interest in social media and current trends including viral news.
Quick learner and adaptable to new processes, concepts, and skills.
Being organized and efficient in managing time and tasks.
Strong attention to detail to deliver accurate and high-quality work.
Neutral mindset towards different types of content regardless of its nature.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, independent, and inquisitive.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
Excellent written, reading, and spoken communication skills in Arabic, with understanding of native local culture.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience with online community management and confidential information handling is preferable.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
Comfortable working with explicit and sensitive content.
Ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to perform well in adverse situations.
