
The Specialist I, Sales is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end-users. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal device performance and security compliance within the organization.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users. You will work closely with the ICT team to resolve complex issues and maintain accurate records of IT assets.
