The Specialist I, Sales is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end-users. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal device performance and security compliance within the organization.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users. You will work closely with the ICT team to resolve complex issues and maintain accurate records of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely technical support to end-users onsite.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers and laptops.
• Deploy and collect devices for staff transitions.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
• Assist employees with software installations and support.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and service requests.
• Educate users on best practices for hardware and software usage.
• Collaborate with ICT teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.
