Job Description
As a SR&T Analyst or Consultant, you will participate in end-to-end M&A processes, including deal preparation, financial modeling, and due diligence. You will conduct market research, develop investment teasers, and prepare detailed valuations for various transactions. Working with cross-functional teams, you will provide actionable insights to solve complex issues, manage engagement documentation, and support business development through proposals and pitch decks while ensuring high standards of client service.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&A or Big-4 environment.
Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and market research.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel and work on-site at client premises.
