Job Description
As a SR&T Analyst or Consultant, you will engage in daily activities that include deal preparation, financial modeling, and conducting market research. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of client service and manage engagement documentation.
Key Responsibilities: - Participate in end-to-end M&A processes. - Conduct financial modeling and valuations for transactions. - Perform market research to support investment decisions. - Develop investment teasers and pitch decks. - Provide actionable insights to solve complex issues. - Manage engagement documentation effectively. - Support business development initiatives through proposals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&A or Big-4 environment.
Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and market research.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel and work on-site at client premises.
