Job Description
The Staff/Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc. for APAC provides regional support for Micron's Total Rewards programs, focusing primarily on Malaysia. The role involves working under the direction of the Director for APAC Total Rewards, supporting continuous improvement of global rewards programs, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with the company's business strategy and culture. The analyst partners and advises internal partners and key customers globally.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
Must have advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
Ability to analyze data, identify data quality issues, and provide solutions or approaches to solve data problems with fair amount of knowledge in statistical methods.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (prefer).
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Minimum 8 years of Compensation & Benefits experience in reputed tech companies in Malaysia.
CCP or GRP designation is preferred.
