Job Description

The Staff/Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc. engages in day-to-day activities that include evaluating program effectiveness and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The work environment is dynamic, requiring strong collaboration with various stakeholders across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the continuous improvement of global rewards programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to align rewards programs with business strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify quality issues and propose solutions.
  • Advise key customers on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Minimum 8 years of Compensation & Benefits experience in reputed tech companies in Malaysia.

CCP or GRP designation is preferred.

Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (preferred).

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.

Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
