In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and fostering teamwork among staff. You will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and managing budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize operations to align with business objectives.
- Oversee resource management and prepare capacity plans.
- Lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Manage budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in operations management.
3-5 years in a leadership role in logistics, supply chain, or delivery.
Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery systems.
Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.
