
The State Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in logistics and delivery processes. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and improve service quality while adhering to company policies and regulations.
As the State Operations Manager, you will manage and organize operations to align with Pos Malaysia’s core business, ensuring smooth daily activities in pick-up, processing, and delivery. You will oversee resource management, prepare capacity plans, manage budgets, and lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will communicate effectively across all levels, ensuring compliance with SOPs and fostering teamwork.
Bachelor’s in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
8-10 years in operations management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role in logistics, supply chain, or delivery.
Knowledge of logistics, delivery systems, and process improvements.
Experience in budget management (CAPEX & OPEX) and cost optimization.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with all levels and stakeholders.
Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
