The Station Head is responsible for overseeing daily hub operations in Kempas. This role involves managing shipment tracking, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Job Description

As the Station Head, you will engage in daily operations, ensuring efficient shipment tracking from pickup to delivery while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hub operations and manage shipment tracking.
  • Supervise staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle cash on delivery (COD) collections and banking.
  • Maintain inventory to prevent parcel damage and ensure quality.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO safety standards and Halal systems.
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve requests efficiently.
  • Implement safety and quality standards in all operations.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 2 years of working experience in a related logistics or transport field.

Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proven ability to manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time employees.

Competent in inventory control and cash management (COD banking).
