Job Description

As Station Head, you will oversee daily hub operations in Kempas, managing shipment tracking from pickup to delivery. Your responsibilities include supervising staff and subcontractors, handling COD collections, and maintaining inventory to prevent parcel damage. You will also ensure compliance with ISO safety standards and Halal systems while working with customer service to resolve requests efficiently.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 2 years of working experience in a related logistics or transport field.

Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proven ability to manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time employees.

Competent in inventory control and cash management (COD banking).

Committed to safety and quality standards (ISO 23412, ISO 45001).
