Job Description

As a Station staff member, you will be responsible for the daily operational flow within the Subang Jaya station. This includes supervising the sorting of parcels, managing fleet dispatch, and ensuring that delivery KPIs are met consistently. You will monitor inventory, troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks, and work closely with the regional operations team to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency in a high-volume environment.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Proficient in using logistics software and mobile applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
