
The Supervisor - Loyalty & Admin Office is responsible for the recognition and engagement of Elite members. This role ensures the highest quality member stay experience throughout their journey by managing communication and delivery of Elite benefits programs.
In this role, you will engage with Elite members to enhance their experience and ensure adherence to company standards. You will work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes exceptional guest service and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Provide clear and professional communication with guests and team members.
