This role involves managing communication and delivery of Elite benefits programs, adhering to company policies, maintaining professional appearance, and providing exceptional guest service according to company standards.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
No supervisory experience is required for this position.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Provide clear and professional communication with guests and team members.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Support team goals and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees.
Demonstrate professionalism in personal appearance and guest interaction.
