The professional participates in customer engagement meetings, supports order and supply-related queries, manages customer portals, and assists with reporting and metrics related to customer orders. Responsibilities also include demand planning, allocation management, launch and end-of-life management, order scrubbing, returns and credits management, regulatory and compliance support, and ensuring accurate customer data management.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with peers, customers, and internal teams.
Ability to analyze and solve routine problems independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in supply chain operations or related field.
Proficiency in Korean language to support Korean-speaking clients.
Basic understanding of order management, demand planning, and allocation processes.
Capability to participate in customer and internal team meetings and provide relevant insights.
Attention to detail to manage reporting, order scrubbing, and compliance tasks.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including data updates, customer onboarding, and issue escalation.
