The Supply Chain Specialist (Team Lead) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supply chain operations for the Korea and Japan market. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence and driving team performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Supply Chain Specialist (Team Lead) will manage the Channel Management and Query Management teams, focusing on supply chain execution, customer support, and order fulfillment processes. This position requires effective leadership and collaboration with various stakeholders to meet client expectations and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations for the Korea and Japan market.
• Ensure operational excellence in supply chain execution and customer support.
• Manage order fulfillment processes while meeting client expectations.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the team to deliver high-quality service.
• Monitor and manage team performance metrics such as order backlog and customer satisfaction.
