Job Description
As a Syndicated Loans Agency Operations Associate, you will perform operational tasks to support borrowers and lenders within the Agent Services team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of syndicated loan deals, ensuring compliance with legal documents and managing complex deal mechanics. Key duties include performing financial analysis of accruals and pricing, responding to stakeholder queries, and collaborating with global business lines to minimize operational risk and meet performance indicators.
Job Requirements
MBA or Masters degree or equivalent professional experience.
Background in Finance or Lending specialism is highly preferred.
Prior experience in the banking or investment industry.
Strong business-level verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of S&P products like WSO, iLevel, or Thinkfolio is an advantage.
Ability to manage individual responsibilities while supporting the wider team.
