
The System Administrator is responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability and efficient operation of both Linux and Windows systems that support the organization's core information systems.
The Senior System Administrator engages in day-to-day management of server infrastructure services, including monitoring, patching, and system management. This position also involves technical research and development to drive innovation within the infrastructure, while providing guidance to new system administrators for smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of system hardware, operating systems, and software systems relevant to system administration.
Experience with both Linux and Windows system environments.
Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and support incident resolution discussions.
Capable of maintaining and updating technical documentation for audit purposes.
Knowledge of server infrastructure services including monitoring, patching, and systems management.
