As a T&T Consultant for Deloitte Digital, you will design and develop Salesforce solutions based on customer requirements using an agile approach. You will analyze technical requirements to create implementable application designs, coordinate with Solution Architects on complex integrations, and define project scopes within client constraints. This role involves leading development teams, managing deliverables throughout the SDLC, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and core platform projects.
Minimum 6 years of CRM experience with at least 3 years specializing in Salesforce core platform and Marketing Cloud.
Proven track record of at least 3 full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
Certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, and SQL/SOQL.
Strong understanding of Agile/Iterative delivery methodologies and systems architecture.
Experience with data integration tools (ETL, CPQ) and platform authentication (SAML, SSO).
Ability to lead development teams, manage capacity plans, and oversee the full SDLC.
Flexibility and willingness to travel both locally and internationally for project assignments.
