T&T Consultant – Deloitte Consulting

The T&T Consultant - Deloitte Digital (UX/UI Designer) is responsible for creating innovative design solutions that enhance user experiences. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work within Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia as part of the Customer Strategy & Design team, engaging with product managers, business stakeholders, and technologists to understand and translate business requirements into design solutions. You will contribute to the development of new features from concept to execution, ensuring a user-friendly experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop sketches, wireframes, and production-ready compositions for digital products.
• Design motion and transitions to enhance user interaction and experience.
• Create consistent interfaces that improve usability across platforms.
• Partner with other designers and developers to deliver mobile-first experiences.
• Assist senior designers in providing rationale and specifications for design choices.
• Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine design solutions.
