This role is a T&T Consultant position focused on SAP FICO at Deloitte. It involves providing advanced application managed services support, leading or supporting project teams, and engaging in solution design and process improvement.
The role involves providing Level 2 or Level 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support, primarily handling escalated issues through in-depth troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreements. The position may also involve leading discussions on solution design, maintaining documentation, adhering to AMS process standards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role includes supporting project teams in delivering solution applications, developing work products to meet clients' business needs, preparing presentation materials, and coordinating client communications. The candidate will work collaboratively with diverse project teams, uphold the firm's standards, lead or coach junior members, and support business development activities.
A bachelors degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
Have at least 4-6 years experience working with the SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team lead/member, implementation team lead/member of SAP Finance (FICO).
Good knowledge of integration to other related modules/sub-modules to ensure ability to understand end to end business process and work independently to derive test data/scenarios and perform testing.
Any experience within basic technical debugging is an added advantage.
Having at least 3 years of experience leading a team is an added advantage.
Have experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.
Have experience working on traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approach.
Certifications in any of the above applications and/or certified in ITIL or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE or Agile) is an added advantage.
Good command of English Language.
Ability to lead and/or facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders and drive positive outcomes.
Pro-active, resourceful, able to rally members to collaborate and deliver task assigned in a timely manner.
Flexibility to take on new solutions/applications where applicable and ensure successful integration and support for the business.
Willing to work based on clients business workdays and office hours and on rotation basis to support any critical or high request after clients business office hours.
Ability to travel if required, i.e. to be placed at Clients site for the project
