
The T&T Consultant - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP FICO) is responsible for providing high-level application managed services support. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving production incidents while collaborating with diverse project teams to deliver effective solutions.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include handling escalated issues and leading discussions on solution design. You will also maintain documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
A bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
At least 4-6 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team lead/member.
Good knowledge of integration with related modules/sub-modules.
Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.
Familiarity with traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches.
Certifications in relevant applications or ITIL/Project Management is an added advantage.
Good command of the English language.
