Role Summary
This role is for a T&T Consultant specializing in SAP Security at Deloitte. The position involves providing Level 2 or Level 3 support for SAP Security issues, including troubleshooting, problem management, and supporting project implementation teams. The consultant will also engage in business development and lead or coach junior team members while collaborating with diverse teams to improve client outcomes.
Job Description
The role involves providing Level 2 or Level 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support for SAP Security (GRC) related issues, including troubleshooting medium to complex production incidents and ensuring resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The individual will be responsible for problem management, root cause analysis, and delivering permanent fixes, as well as leading solution design discussions for enhancements and maintaining documentation according to firm standards. In addition, the role includes supporting project teams during application implementation, contributing to business development efforts, and leading or coaching analyst and consultant level team members. The position requires collaboration with diverse teams to solve problems and improve client outcomes while upholding the firm's standards and ethos.
Job Requirements
Have at least 3-5 years’ experience working with the SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team lead/member, implementation team lead/member of SAP Security (GRC).
Good knowledge of integration to other related modules/sub-modules to ensure ability to understand end to end business process and work independently to derive test data/scenarios and perform testing.
Any experience within basic technical debugging is an added advantage.
Certifications in any of the above applications and/or certified in ITIL or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE or Agile) is an added advantage.
Good command of English Language.
Ability to speak and/or write other languages will be an added advantage.
Ability to lead and/or facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders and drive positive outcomes.
Pro-active, resourceful, able to rally members to collaborate and deliver task assigned in a timely manner.
Flexibility to take on new solutions/applications where applicable and ensure successful integration and support for the business.
Willing to work based on clients’ business workdays and office hours and on rotation basis to support any critical or high request after client’s business office hours.
Ability to travel if required, i.e. to be placed at Client’s site for the project.
