Role Summary
The T&T Consultant - ETP As Service/Operate (SAP Security) - SEA is responsible for providing high-level support for SAP Security-related issues. This role involves troubleshooting complex incidents, leading solution design discussions, and collaborating with diverse teams to enhance client outcomes.
Job Description
In this role, you will provide Level 2 or Level 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support for SAP Security (GRC) issues, ensuring resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also support project teams during application implementation and contribute to business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 or Level 3 support for SAP Security (GRC) related issues.
- Troubleshoot medium to complex production incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct problem management and root cause analysis to deliver permanent fixes.
- Lead solution design discussions for enhancements.
- Maintain documentation according to firm standards.
- Support project teams during application implementation.
- Contribute to business development efforts.
- Coach and lead analyst and consultant level team members.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to solve problems and improve client outcomes.
Job Requirements
At least 3-5 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team lead/member.
Good knowledge of integration with related modules/sub-modules.
Experience in basic technical debugging is an advantage.
Certifications in SAP applications, ITIL, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE, Agile) are advantageous.
Good command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to lead discussions and engage stakeholders effectively.
Proactive and resourceful with strong collaboration skills.
