Job Description
This role at Deloitte requires expertise in Digital Sales and Marketing Automation with a strong understanding of Salesforce solutions. The individual will be responsible for business requirements, functional and process design, prototyping, configuration, testing, training, and support procedures. They will lead technology and business solution design and implementation for clients, manage projects, build relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with digital experts to innovate and support business development activities.
Job Requirements
Tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline.
3 - 8 years' experience in consulting and/or CRM implementation in an enterprise environment.
Functional or techno-functional expertise in one or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
Development experience in Apex, VisualForce, Force.com, Java/J2EE, or AMPScript.
Relevant Salesforce certification(s) in Sales, Service, and Marketing are a plus.
Experience contributing to RFP responses and other sales activities.
Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.
Ability to configure and implement integration with Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud.
Drive and determination to continually learn and develop.
A natural team player who enjoys working with others, solving problems, and sharing knowledge.
Willingness to push technical limits to find the best solution for the business and customers.
Drive, tenacity, client-focused, and results-oriented.
An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel locally and abroad.
Willingness to work outside of the office base.
Good articulation and communication skills in English.
