The T&T Consultant - Technology Strategy & Transformation is responsible for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations tailored to specific client needs. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements and define technical solutions while performing hands-on platform configuration. You will also conduct workshops and support pre-sales activities to ensure all deliverables meet quality and budget standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or other modules).
Exceptional problem-solving skills with logical reasoning and creative thinking abilities.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and client engagement.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging hours and travel requirements.
Proficiency in ServiceNow Application Developer or ServiceNow Discovery is a significant plus.
