A consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and providing expert guidance to clients within Deloitte’s Technology Strategy & Transformation team.
Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across enterprise solutions, tailored to specific client needs. You will engage stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and perform hands-on platform configuration. The role includes providing mentorship to junior consultants, conducting workshops, and performing system administration or upgrades. You will also support pre-sales activities and ensure all deliverables meet quality and budget standards.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or other modules).
Exceptional problem-solving skills with logical reasoning and creative thinking abilities.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and client engagement.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging hours and travel requirements.
Proficiency in ServiceNow Application Developer or ServiceNow Discovery is a significant plus.
