The T&T - INSPIRES Internship Program is responsible for providing interns with hands-on experience in technology and transformation. Interns will engage in research and data analysis to support clients' digital transformation initiatives.
Job Description
As a Technology & Transformation intern, you will participate in a 10-week structured program performing research, data analysis, and modelling to solve complex business problems. You will contribute to proposals and presentations while gaining hands-on experience in specialized areas such as Cyber, AI & Data, or Human Capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Develop models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with experts to create proposals and presentations.
- Assist in the implementation of digital transformation strategies.
- Support operational excellence initiatives for clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Available for a full-time internship from 22 June to 28 August 2026.
Strong interest in advisory and technology consulting services.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and creative thinking.
Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in both verbal and written English.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
