Job Description

The Manager on the Corporate Strategy team will engage in various activities that include conducting research, data analysis, and facilitating strategy workshops. The role also encompasses driving corporate development initiatives and managing ad hoc strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Southeast Asia leadership teams in advancing strategic priorities.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Perform data analysis and competitive benchmarking to assess market positioning.
  • Facilitate strategy workshops to align stakeholders on corporate objectives.
  • Drive corporate development initiatives such as acquisitions and market scans.
  • Develop business cases and conduct due diligence for potential transactions.
  • Manage post-merger integration processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Handle ad hoc strategic projects as required by the firm.

Job Requirements

Have a recognized degree from a top-tier academic institution.

Have at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Consulting or Corporate Strategy.

Have experience in strategy, M&A, and advisory functions.

Be a structured thinker with advanced Excel financial modeling skills.

Demonstrate adaptability and a 'can do' attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Have excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.
