Experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and ERP optimization projects within the Enterprise Technology & Performance service line across Southeast Asia. This role involves managing end-to-end consulting engagements and driving business development activities.
Job Description
You will lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects, focusing on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of consulting engagements, supervising staff, and supporting business development through proposal creation. You will act as a functional lead, facilitating global design workshops and business process analysis to ensure high-quality delivery for international clients.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Supply Chain Management.
At least 10 years of Oracle Financials experience encompassing both Cloud Financials and EBS.
Minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle implementations as a Functional Lead or Project Lead.
Proven experience managing full life-cycle projects and maintaining direct client relationships.
Deep functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud modules and global design workshops.
Ability to perform requirement analysis and deliver comprehensive functional design documentation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and performance manage project teams.
Excellent creative problem-solving skills within a high-pressure environment.
