Role Summary
The T&T Senior Analyst - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP Basis) is responsible for providing Level 2 Application Managed Services support. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective incident resolution and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include troubleshooting production incidents and collaborating with developers on enhancements. You will also maintain documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 Application Managed Services support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents efficiently.
- Collaborate with developers on application enhancements.
- Report progress and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and incidents.
- Adhere to AMS processes and standards.
- Support project teams in application implementation and development of work products.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for client communication.
- Coordinate communication with clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team lead/member.
Basic knowledge of integration with related modules/sub-modules.
Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.
Familiarity with traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches.
Relevant certifications in SAP applications, ITIL, or Project Management are advantageous.
Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
