
The T&T Senior Analyst - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP Basis) is responsible for providing Level 2 Application Managed Services support. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective incident resolution and continuous improvement in service delivery.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include troubleshooting production incidents and collaborating with developers on enhancements. You will also maintain documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team lead/member.
Basic knowledge of integration with related modules/sub-modules.
Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.
Familiarity with traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches.
Relevant certifications in SAP applications, ITIL, or Project Management are advantageous.
Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
